Preconception Care Insights

Through a year-long grant from the Vitalyst Health Foundation, Affirm conducted a landscape analysis of the provision and experience with Preconception Care at Arizona health centers. Listening sessions were held with providers, community health workers. and community members. Affirm also conducted a literature review, identified key stakeholders in this work, and assessed policies and procedures that could impact the provision of robust preconception care.
